The staff were awesome. The restrooms were very clean. It's on a busy street so parking may be a bit difficult to find. The food is very delicious. I may be wrong this but I feel the food is a bit high priced but I don't blame them either the way this economy is. Their food is delicious here.

Overall it’s fine. The baleadas are the best, and the enchiladas are fine needed more flavoring. All the food has the same flavor, it seems like the meat used for both the enchiladas and pastelitos is the same. The pastelitos are great and again taste the same as the enchiladas. The flavor is sort of muted. Needs spice or a different flavor. The chips and sauce with grated cheese appetizer also tasted like my pastelitos and enchiladas, good nonetheless again just seems repetitive and bland after a while. Atmosphere was fine pretty empty when we went. Service was normal, the pastelitos seem to be made to order which is perfect because they were great, enchiladas leave much to be desired, baleadas are delicious, my sister also got tajadas de plátano verde with the crema and cabbage on top my sister loved it, I once again felt it tasted the same as my other dishes which started to feel repetitive and boring. Forgot to get pics of the other two dishes unfortunately.

Pollo Katracho is delicious, a go to. They have imported tropical sodas Uva and Banana, they also have fruit juices. The place is clean and bright, they play great music and the staff is friendly. The food is excellent, the wait can be long but well worth it. Definitely a must try.

I got some baleadas last night and they HIT THE SPOT. I was also glad that when I walked in everything looked super clean and organized. The enchiladas were delicious and the portions are HUGE! Keep up the awesome baleadas
